We all have an average speed we perform everything in life.
Imagine if you could increase your average speed, and accomplish more in less time.
Why’s that easier said than done?
Because your average speed is a result of two opposing forces.
Firstly, there’s whatever’s propelling you forwards:
- Focus
- Talent
- Hard Work
- Great Ideas
- Strong Goal-Setting
But they’re countered by the things that are holding you back:
- Self-doubt
- Toxic relationships
- Lack of sleep
- Stress
- Multi-tasking
If those forces are equal and opposite, there’s a Newtonian balance which means you’ll find it hard to make any real progress.
What seems immediately easier – sweating to ramp up the effort on list one, or removing things from list two?
I know, right?
