Jogged to the gym yesterday morning, just like the last two mornings.
Weather cold, dank and miserable really affects my motivation, and I so wanted to stay home.
But I didn’t.
Progress happens on your off days too, and it did yesterday.
Result: Personal Bests on bench press (20kg dumbells if you’re curious) and deadlift (70kg).
As Tim Denning says, if you can master the bad days you can do anything.
