“If you’re so smart, how come you’re so broke?”
I stood in front of a mirror in 2013 and asked myself that question. I’d always scored pretty high in IQ tests, peaking at 154 the last time I did one.
And yet, I wasn’t making any money. Not only that, but I was exhausted, grumpy and listless.
Nothing was working, and the tank was empty. I’d lost my energy, my drive, my motivation.
Recharging my energy stores meant adopting a bunch of new habits:
- Superhydrating by 4x-ing my water intake
- Sleeping and rising earlier
- Intermittent fasting
- Eating less, generally
- Exercising, daily
I’m certain the accumulation of those small(ish) changes put me back on the path to success.
When it comes to world-beating, energy is more important than intelligence.
Love you lots
Jonny
PS: Did you see the “Content That Sells” workshop yesterday? It was a humdinger, and I’m releasing a handful of recordings for people who had a good reason not to attend live. Reply with your excus…err…reason, and I’ll let you have one if it sounds believable.
