The antidote to burnout

Overwhelm, stress, burnout…it’s a vicious spiral of horror that afflicts many otherwise talented experts in our profession.

Here are three simple steps to ensure you stay happy, centered and productive:

  • Work monomaniacally on a singular, coherent project or goal that makes sense to you right now
  • Say “NO” to temptation, offers and distractions from anything and everything else
  • Reach out for help from people who are already successful doing what you want to achieve
