Here’s a timeless, time-full truism:
Rich people spend money to save time. Poor people spend time to save money.
It’s also a gross simplification, like all great truisms. But the principles behind it are extremely simple. More than that, they’re fundamental to an understanding of the reality of life; namely:
- Time is a finite resource
- Money is an infinite resource
Read those two lines out loud, then sit quietly and just breathe.
