Are you the brightest bulb in the pack?
Or are you a slack imitation of the best, needing to be changed often and wishing you cast a brighter light?
As a coach or therapist you’ve likely been certified in multiple modalities, trained under self-proclaimed gurus and told to adhere to certain practice protocols.
All admirable indeed but NOT necessary to be a coach or therapist who gets amazing permanent results for clients.
What IS necessary is the innate ability to understand the authentic human state of being:
JOY, and what gets in the way of hanging on to that.
It always comes down to finding the arrows that point to someone’s personal contentment.
Your clients need you to know on a visceral level how to guide them through the human muck that’s barred the path back to that childlike, blissful state.
The only way to do that is to do your own work first. Create the path through knowing, not following.
The brightest bulbs in the pack always know how to light the way.
