The power of the big thank you

As you contemplate a long, chilly walk to shake off the Christmas Day food hangover, here’s a simple way to create something useful in the last 1.6% of 2018:

Pick 10 of your favourite prospects or clients, and drop them a text, direct message or personal email. 

Thank them for being in your world, and tell them how much you appreciate their friendship.

I do that every year, and it’s a great way to remind yourself of the importance of relationships.

It also stands out, as most people never do it.

Last year when I wrote to my ten, three of them replied with a request to talk about working with me.

Ten minutes to three new sales.

Now go stroll in the woods and decide who you’ll write to when you get back.
