I’m not talking self-harm here, although what follows might seem like it has the potential.

No, I mean marks as in “out of ten”.

Try this: evaluate your current performance scores from 0-10 in each of these areas, and total them up out of 100.

  6. Regular Exercise
  7. Sufficient Sleep
