The 3 steps to avoiding burnout

Overwhelm, stress, burnout…it’s a vicious spiral of horror that afflicts many otherwise talented experts in our profession.

Here are three simple steps to ensure you stay happy, centered and productive:

  1. Work monomaniacally on a singular, coherent project or goal that makes sense to you right now
  2. Say “NO” to temptation, offers and distractions from anything and everything else
  3. Reach out for help from people who are already successful doing what you want to achieve
